When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped free of charge, the cut off for same day dispatch is 1pm. 

Our orders are shipped with DPD. 

How much does delivery cost?

All our cables come with free delivery to mainland UK. 

We charge additional postage to the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, passing on the additional cost from the courier. This can be seen in the checkout.

All deliveries are trackable, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

How do I track my delivery?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number and link to the courier's website for you to track your delivery.

Which courier do you use for delivery?

We take our choice of courier very seriously. We shop online ourselves and know how important delivery is; it can make or break your experience.

We use DPD for delivery, they provide a great service at a reasonable cost, helping us keep our prices as low as possible.
